- Regular Monitoring: Keep a close eye on your account transactions through online banking or our mobile app. Report any unfamiliar or suspicious activity immediately.
- Transaction Alerts: Set up transaction alerts to receive notifications for any transactions made with your card. This helps you detect unauthorized activity in real time.
- Freeze Option: You can call either office, log into your account online or log into our app and freeze your card.

Personal account information transmitted from FAA Federal Credit Union members and non-members by email may be used by FAA Federal Credit Union to answer questions, follow-up on suggestions/issues or improve the level of service FAA Federal Credit Union provides. Please be advised that email may not be secure against interception by unauthorized individuals so use caution regarding the types of information you may include when sending email.
Online Applications
Only business related information is requested on any FAA Federal Credit Union online application. This information is used only for review of qualifications for the loan, account, or service for which you are applying. Any information gathered from the online applications is not given or sold to third parties.

Right to Receive Receipts
When you use your debit card you may not receive a receipt if the transaction is under $15. Each merchant independently makes the decision as to whether they will give a receipt for purchases under $15. If you are concerned about receiving a receipt in these instances, please talk to the merchant.
